Description:
Injectable solution for the prevention and treatment of hematopoietic disorders of different nature. It provides the main factors involved in the synthesis of hemoglobin and the formation of red blood cells, producing a direct stimulation of hematopoietic activity.
Formula:
Ammonium iron citrate 5 g%; cobalt chloride 0.1 g%; copper gluconate 0.1 g%; Vitamin B12 10,000 mcg.
Indications:
Anemias of different types. Hemorrhages of any origin. Nutritional deficiency of iron (Fe2). Parasitosis. Convalescent diseases. Alterations of the red series in the performance profile (hematocrit, hemoglobin concentration, red blood cell count, MCV, MCH, MCHC, MCHC below normal values).
Administration and dosage:
2 mL per 100 kg b.w. via IM or slow EV, per day, for 5 to 10 days. In severe cases the dose can be doubled (4 mL per 100 kg b.w.).
