Prevention and treatment of muscle fatigue
Injectable use
Formula: Mercaptamine Hydrochloride (Cysteamine) 3.750 g, Pantothenic Acid 0.550 g, Magnesium Chloride 4.200 g, Magnesium Aspartate 0.150 g, Excipient c.s. 100 ml.
Action: CISTEPAN BURNET exerts its action facilitating the production of active coenzyme "A" and the derivation of lactic acid towards the oxidative cycle, decreasing muscle fatigue in the equine sports and ketosis in cattle, by decreasing the accumulation of lactic acid .
Indications: Prevention and treatment of muscle fatigue in the equine sports. Anticetogenic in bovines.
Administration and dose:
Adult sport horses (between 400 and 500 kg of weight):
Serious conditions of muscular fatigue: 10 to 20 ml of CISTEPAN BURNET via slow intravenous, with intervals of 12 hours. Repeat until remission of symptoms.
Preventive dose: 10 to 20 ml via slow intravenous every 24 - 48 hours
Cattle:
Therapeutic dose: apply 20 ml in diluted in 500 ml of 5% glucose solution, by slow intravenous route. Repeat every 12 hours until ruminal movements occur, reversing the ketocytic symptoms.
Preventive dose: 20 ml by slow intravenous route in the immediate postpartum. Apply to dairy cows in production or of very good body condition.
Restrictions on use; contraindications and precautions: it does not have. By the neck.
Presentation: 100 ml bottles.
Conservation: between 5º C and 25º C.
